Dabei haben sie zwischen einer quantitativen und qualitativen Untersuchung differenziert. Die quantitative Untersuchung fand von Februar bis August 2019 in Form einer E-Mail-Umfrage statt. Hierf\u00fcr haben sie gemeinsam mit Frau Professorin Horz-Ishak 126 Chefredakteur*innen per E-Mail angeschrieben und zum Thema Diversit\u00e4t in ihren eigenen Redaktionen befragt. Wie divers ist denn nun die Medienlandschaft?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-3 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-container-1 wp-block-column\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large\"><p><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">&#8222;Aber hier war auch ganz spannend zu sehen, dass wir sozusagen in den Entscheidungseben gar keine oder fast keine Vielfalt hatten.&#8220;<\/mark><\/p><cite>Christine Horz-Ishak<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-2 wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:45%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Teil I: Ergebnisse der quantitativen Untersuchung\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vj3Rto81yps?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Von 126 befragten Chefredakteur*innen haben lediglich 56 auf die Frage geantwortet, ob sie den Anteil an Journalist*innen mit Migrationshintergrund in ihrer eigenen Redaktion kennen. Mit Ausnahme der Nachrichtenagentur <em>Thomson Reuters<\/em> konnte keine Redaktion zuverl\u00e4ssige Angaben liefern. <em>Reuters<\/em> erfasst eigenen Aussagen zufolge immerhin die Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeiten der angestellten Journalist*innen, um daraus Statistiken zur Diversit\u00e4t in der Nachrichtenagentur zu erstellen. Wieso konnte keine andere Redaktion zuverl\u00e4ssige Daten liefern? Zwei Chefredakteur*innen begr\u00fcnden es so:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-6 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-container-4 wp-block-column\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center is-style-default\"><p>&#8222;Sehen Sie bitte die Tatsache, dass in den H\u00e4usern nicht nach dem Migrationshintergrund ihrer Mitarbeiter*innen gefragt wird, als ein Zeichen von Toleranz und guten Fortschritts in der Sache.&#8220;<\/p><cite><br>Studie &#8222;Viel Wille, kein Weg&#8220; (S.11)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-5 wp-block-column\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center is-style-default\"><p>\u201eAus Datenschutz- und Antidiskriminierungsgr\u00fcnden darf das Unternehmen Angaben \u00fcber die Herkunft unserer Mitarbeiter*innen nicht erheben, so dass ich Ihnen Ihre Fragen leider nicht statistisch beantworten kann.\u201c<\/p><cite>Studie &#8222;Viel Wille, kein Weg&#8220; (S.11)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ergebnisse der qualitativen Untersuchung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der zweite Teil der Untersuchung war eine qualitative Erhebung. Dazu haben die Neuen Deutschen Medienmacher*innen im Herbst Interviews mit folgenden Personen gef\u00fchrt:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Dr. Peter Frey (Chefredakteur des <em>ZDF<\/em>)<\/li><li>Sven G\u00f6smann (Chefredakteur der <em>dpa<\/em>)<\/li><li>Dr. Ulf Poschardt (Chefredakteur <em>Die Welt<\/em>)<\/li><li>Claus Liesegang ( Chefredakteur<em> M\u00e4rkische Oderzeitung<\/em>)<\/li><li>Dr. Iva Krtalic (Integrationsbeauftragte beim <em>WDR<\/em>)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie sieht es bei den Chefredakteuren aus? Dennoch mangelt es an der Umsetzung: keine konkreten Strategien, keine konkreten Ma\u00dfnahmen. Und in den allermeisten Medienh\u00e4usern existiert auch kaum Bereitschaft, systematisch Daten bez\u00fcglich der Diversit\u00e4t zu erheben. Dabei ist genau diese Erfassung wichtig, um Fortschritte und R\u00fcckschritte zu messen und nachhaltige Ver\u00e4nderungen anzustreben. Heute ist sie Diversity-Trainerin und unterst\u00fctzt Redaktionen und andere Institutionen dabei, diverser zu werden. Im Interview spricht sie \u00fcber ihre Erfahrungen in Redaktionen aus der Vergangenheit, \u00fcber ihre aktuelle Rolle als Diversity-Trainerin und \u00fcber notwendige Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr mehr
